The Person County Recreation, Arts, and Parks Department offers youth basketball for boys and girls ages 5-18.  A players age is determined by their age on January 1st of the league year.

Registration each year is held during the months of September and October.  Games will be held December through early February for ages 5-6, 7-8 and games will start in January for ages 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18.  All games are held at Huck Sansbury Gym, Olive Hill Gym, and Helena Gym. Once teams have been established coaches will contact players by email, text, or phone with the players first practice time and location.
