Whether you’re looking for quality fishing, camping, or a place to relax, Mayo Park is the place for you. This 120-acre park takes pride in its family-oriented atmosphere and clean, well maintained facilities. Mayo Park offers RV campsites, primitive tent sites, cabins, and tent sites with electricity. All of which are accessible by car or Mayo Park’s trail system. You can even travel from your campsite to other areas of the park by canoe, kayak or paddleboard and take advantage of Mayo Park’s two canoe, kayak  and paddleboard launch areas. Each Mayo Park campsite and cabin is also within walking distance of showers and restrooms. Mayo Park also offers picnic shelters that may be reserved for special events. 

Mayo Park’s Environmental Education and Community Center is a popular destination in Person County for larger events including parties, weddings, family reunions, and community events.  Convenient to Mayo Park’s EECC are an ADA accessible fishing pier, two picnic shelters, a large accessible playground, restroom facilities, and the Mayo Park boat landing. Mayo Park’s  Sasquatch disc golf course uses the natural beauty of Mayo Lake to create a scenic challenging disc golf course that will keep disc golfers on their toes.
