Start out going north on US-29-BR North toward US-29-BR South. Turn slight left onto Main Street/VA-293 North. Turn right onto US-360/US-58-BR/River Street. Continue to follow US-360 East. Turn right onto VA-62 (Crossing into North Carolina). Turn left onto Leasburg Road/US-158/NC-57/NC-49. Continue to follow Leasburg Road. Turn left onto North Main Street.

From South Boston:

Start out going southwest on North Main Street/VA-129 toward Wilborn Avenue/US-501-BR South. Take the 1st left onto Main Street/US-501-BR South. Continue to follow US-501-BR South.
