This community public art project was a part of "Out of the Blue Into the Art Celebration" in Uptown Roxboro. This celebration was a way to bring our community together in the midst of the Pandemic. We are so happy with the results of this project and send a BIG shout out to artist Kate Lagaly and all of the neighbors and friends who came out!
