Purpose

The Opioid Settlement Advisory Committee discusses opioid-related health concerns and issues impacting the residents of Person County; advises the Board of Commissioners on options to expend funds to remedy opioid impacts; and plans/hosts an annual meeting to receive input on proposed uses of settlement funds and to encourage collaboration between local governments. 

Meetings

The Opioid Settlement Advisory Committee meets the First Wednesday of each month, as needed, at 10 a.m. at the County Health Department, 355-A South Madison Blvd., Roxboro.

*** The Committee's June 5 meeting has been cancelled. Please join us at the Annual Opioid Settlement Community Meeting on June 10 from 5 - 6 p.m. at the Person County Public Library. ***
