The Person County Sheriff's Office provides fingerprinting services to the citizens of Person County for numerous reasons (ex: adoption fees and employment). There is a $15 charge for this service.

All fingerprints are prepared and completed on our computerized, automated fingerprint identification system. The Sheriff's Office has specifically designated individuals to perform this task.

Fingerprinting is completed Monday through Friday, 8–11:30 a.m. and 1:30- 4 p.m. You can complete the fingerprinting application and schedule an appointment online . This will also allow you to pay in advance. Please call the Sheriff’s Office at 336-597-0500 before you come in and ask for this service.
