Apple iOS

1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
2. Tap  next to the Wi-Fi network that you want your device to forget.
3. Tap Forget This Network, then tap Forget to confirm.

Android Phone/Tablet

1. Open the Settings app and select “Network & internet” or “Connections” or a similar option, depending on the make of your device.
2. Select Wi-Fi and choose “Saved networks.” If you don’t see this option, select Advanced (you may need to tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to access this) then choose “Manage networks.”
3. Tap the network that you want to delete.
4. Tap the Forget button with the trash can icon, below the name of the Wi-Fi network.

Apple iOS

1. Tap on Settings
2. Tap on General
3. Navigate to and tap on "About"
4. Scroll down to "Wi-Fi Address"

Android Phone

1. On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and go to Settings.
2. Tap About Phone.
3. Tap Status or Hardware Information (depending on your model of phone).
4. Scroll down to see your WiFi MAC address.

Android Tablet

1. Press the Menu key and go to Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap About Tablet then tap Hardware Info or Wi-Fi Settings and then scroll down to view WiFi Mac address.
