Proposed Fare Increase
PATS is proposing a fare increase, effective July 1, 2024. The PATS Transportation Advisory Board will receive Public Comments on the proposed rates during their June 5, 2024, meeting. The meeting starts at 4 p.m. in the Transit Office Conference Room, 303 S. Morgan Street. The public is invited to attend.

NOTE: Medicaid recipients must call the Person County Department of Social Services or your respective transportation broker to schedule rides. The phone number for the Person County Department of Social Services is 336-599-8361 extension #3.
Out-of-County Medical Appointments
We provide transport to medical appointments each week, Monday through Thursday to Durham, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill & Prospect Hill. Medical appointments to Durham, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill & Prospect Hill need to be made before 11:00 AM each day. The bus will leave Roxboro around 6:00 AM and make its way back to Roxboro by 12:00 PM. Medical appointment times to Prospect Hill are more flexible. Please call our office before 11am the day before to schedule ALL appointments.
PATS DOES NOT PROVIDE SAMEDAY SERVICE!
No Show Policy
A No Show is defined as any of the following:

A passenger who fails to show up for their scheduled transit reservation

A passenger who fails to be ready to board the vehicle within the 5 minute wait time

A passenger who fails to cancel their scheduled transit reservation within 1 hour of the pick-up time

If the driver shows up at your door and you cancel at the door and do not ride
