All plats submitted for review must be submitted with a Plan Review Application and the appropriate review fee.  Please submit a Mylar copy and at least one paper copy.  Minor subdivision plats will be processed within 5 business days. We DO NOT accept digital plats for review. We DO NOT give preliminary results. For more information regarding Person County subdivision procedures and requirements, please refer to the Subdivision Ordinance.
