Person County EDC has established an emergency assistance loan program to provide a rapid source of economic assistance for Person County-based businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19.  This program is supported by Person County and is administered by the Kerr Tar Council of Governments.

Please note that this IS NOT a grant. COVID PIVOT Impact Loans are intended as a source of responsive, low-interest capital to reduce the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on Person County small businesses. Repayment is expected in accordance with the program terms.
