  • Abuse or neglect of an adult (ask to make an Adult Protective Services referral)
  • Abuse or neglect of a child (ask for the Child Protective Services Intake Worker)

You are legally obligated to report child abuse or neglect, and by law your identity and information will be kept private.

In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

To make a report at night, on a holiday, or on the weekend, please contact the person County Sheriff's Department at (336) 597-0500. This agency is always open and willing to contact our on-call worker. Our worker will contact you regarding your report.
