CARE MANAGEMENT FOR HIGH RISK PREGNANCIES (CMHRP)

The CMHRP Program is a care management service provided for pregnant Medicaid recipients aimed at improving the quality of pregnancy care and improving maternal and infant outcomes.  The CMHRP Program helps pregnant women obtain needed services to improve the quality of maternity care, improve birth outcomes, and provide continuity of care.  All pregnant Medicaid recipients will receive a coordinated set of high-quality, clinical maternity services.
