Kelli Oakley has an Associate Degree in Animal Care and Management. She is certified in the following: National Animal Control Association, Palmer CAP-CHUR Equipment, Euthanasia, Rabies Vaccinator, Care and Treatment of Animals, Emergency Management (FEMA) pertaining to Animals. Along with her kennel and adoption duties, Kelli works with Animal Rescue Groups to place dogs and cats that are unable to be put in adoption at the Shelter. She is also responsible for the Volunteer Program.    

Serving Person County since 2003. Animal interests are dogs and cats.
