The Person Area Transportation System (PATS) Transportation Advisory Board provides budgeting goals for operations and guidance in governing policies for PATS. The Advisory Board meets the First Wednesday of the Last Month (March, June, September, December) of each Quarter at 4 p.m. in the Transit Office Conference Room, 303 South Morgan Street, Roxboro.
