Come join Person County Friends of the Parks, Person County Recreation, Arts, & Parks, and Cypress Creek Renewables for Mayo-ween, Sasquatch 5K run along the trails in Mayo Lake Park.  This 5K run will be a timed event if you choose to see how fast you are through the woods.  All entry fees will be donated to Cry Freedom Missions of Roxboro to support their fight against human trafficking.

After the race, please feel free to stay for additional Family friendly Halloween fun, at no additional cost. There will be games, an evening stroll along the trails.  Costumes are encouraged both during and after the race events.

You can register online with Person County Recreation, Arts, and Parks or in person at the Huck Sansbury or Mayo Lake Park offices. Day of registration is also available. Free race T-shirt is guaranteed with registration on or prior to October 15th.

Fee: $20.00 - after October 15^th the registration fee is $25,00 including registration on the day of the race.

Time: Registration starts at 4:00 p.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m.  with the race starting at 5:10
