This workshop will focus on meditation, self-care, mental-health, wellbeing and mindfulness. We will discuss the benefits, ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle and learn to accept yourself. Join us for this in-person workshop on Wednesday, July 10 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Cost is $5 and must be received at the Extension Office, Room 123 by Friday, July 5.
